These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ashleymara.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our store

The Site is operated by Ashley Mara. We sell womenswear to customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase.

Products and pricing

We work to display our products, including colors and details, as accurately as possible, though we cannot guarantee your screen renders colors exactly. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order, and we reserve the right to refuse any order, including where we suspect fraud or error. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the payment and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is taken at checkout through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until the order is dispatched.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timelines and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which allows returns within 21 days of delivery.

Accuracy of information

Occasionally the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund where payment has been taken.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, imagery, logos and design, belongs to Ashley Mara or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to transmit any malicious code. We may terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashley Mara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
