Shipping policy

Every Ashley Mara order ships free within the United States with full tracking. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches or busy periods, processing can occasionally take slightly longer, and we will let you know by email if that affects your order.

Delivery

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5 to 9 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.

If your order has not arrived

Tracking not moving or nothing at your door? If your order has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, email us at support@ashleymara.com with your order number and we will chase it down, and replace or refund any order confirmed lost in transit.

Address changes and cancellations

We can update an address or cancel an order only before it is fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering, and we will do our best to catch it.
